Stephanie graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto in 2022 and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2020.
Stephanie creates a warm and welcoming environment for her patients to share their concerns. Her management approach can include a variety of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, the use of modalities and active therapy. She also educates her patients at every step in their rehabilitation journey and aims to help them achieve their functional goals.
Stephanie is dedicated to lifelong learning and has taken multiple continuing education courses to enhance her knowledge and skills to improve her patient care. She has completed the McKenzie A course for the Lumbar Spine, and she has completed her Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy. She has also attended webinars to learn about the recent evidence on the use of modalities including Laser Therapy and Shockwave Therapy.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys hiking, playing badminton and volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
