We accept Motor Vehicle Accident Claims and follow FSRA guidelines. Please contact us for information regarding rates as they differ from above.

Payment Methods
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Debit Card, & Cash are all accepted.
Extended Health Insurance
We are able to bill most insurance companies. If you have an Extended Health Benefits plan, you may have coverage for physiotherapy and/or massage. Please confirm this with your insurance company. Although a doctor’s referral is not necessary for you to be assessed and treated, your insurance company may require one to be submitted to your plan. Please ask your plan if they will pay the clinic or the member (yourself) directly. If you would like us to direct bill for you, please let us know. We are happy to discuss billing options with you.
Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance
If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, please bring your car and personal benefit insurance information with you for your first visit. This includes: the name of your car insurance company, your claim and/or policy number. The name, phone number and fax number of your Accident Benefit adjustor is also helpful. We are happy to submit the charges to your insurance companies for you, and will let you know what paperwork your insurance companies will require.
